Refund Policy
At Nexlume Publishing LLC, we want customers to be satisfied with their purchases. This Refund Policy explains when returns, replacements, or refunds may be available.
1. Physical Books and Printed Products
Returns may be requested for physical books or printed products that arrive:
- damaged,
- defective,
- incorrect, or
- materially different from what was ordered.
To be eligible, the request should be made within a reasonable time after delivery, and the item should be unused except to the extent necessary to inspect it.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We may decline returns or refunds for:
- items damaged after delivery due to misuse,
- items returned in poor condition not caused by shipping or manufacturing issues,
- customized or personalized items,
- clearance or final sale items, where clearly marked.
3. Digital Products
If digital products, downloads, or other non-tangible content are offered, those sales are generally final once access or delivery has been provided, unless required otherwise by law.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item.
5. Replacements
Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
6. Return Review
All return and refund requests are subject to review. We reserve the right to deny requests that do not meet this Policy or that appear fraudulent or abusive.
